About The Position

The Inventory Specialist contributes to PepsiCo Beverages’ success by ensuring the correct movement and transaction of full-good products through sales, counting, and delivery systems. The role helps alleviate financial risk while providing inventory support to stakeholders across the business.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Previous experience in inventory management and/or logistics.
• Proficiency with computers and Office 365, specifically Excel and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Prior experience working in a unionized environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide inventory support to the business.
• Review and investigate inventory variances to resolve issues and mitigate financial loss.
• Prepare internal reports, including warehouse space, out-of-stock, production certification correction, and breakage reports.
• Complete required global compliance weekly PQI counts.
• Maintain innovation codes.
