About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining full inventory racks, managing backstock, and assisting with various inventory-related tasks. The Inventory Coordinator will also help with customer service, new product introductions, and events as needed.

Requirements

Ability to keep racks full daily.
Proficiency in using push test or backstock logs.
Skill in pulling bins and managing backstock.
Capability to update digital backstock logs.
Experience with hanging merchandise.
Ability to maintain a log of product observations.
Competence in rack maintenance.
Skill in updating hang lists.
Ability to identify and reprice older inventory.
Experience processing damaged, missing, and missing tag items.
Ability to post buy messages and product stories.
Willingness to help at the front of the store.
Familiarity with inventory reports.
Ability to assist with new product introductions.
Willingness to help with events.

Responsibilities

Keep racks full daily by pushing test or backstock logs, pulling bins, adding to backstock, updating digital backstock logs, and hanging merchandise.
Maintain a log of observations regarding purchased products.
Perform rack maintenance and update the hang list weekly.
Clear out older inventory from the top shelf section by section each week, repricing items at 50% off and placing them in a designated eye-level section.
Process damaged, missing, and missing tag bins.
Post buy messages twice a week to communicate product needs.
Post stories featuring large or long-standing products twice a week.
Assist customers at the front of the store as needed.
Participate in markdowns five times a year.
Become familiar with and monitor inventory reports.
Assist with new product introductions.
Support grassroots events.
