About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining full inventory racks by managing backstock, updating logs, and ensuring product is displayed appropriately. The Inventory Coordinator will also assist with various operational tasks including customer service, markdowns, and event support.

Requirements

• Ability to maintain digital backstock logs.
• Skills in managing and organizing inventory.
• Familiarity with inventory reports.
• Ability to assist with new product introductions.
• Willingness to help with grassroots events.
• Ability to assist customers at the front of the store.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update digital backstock logs daily.
• Pull bins and add to backstock daily.
• Hang merchandise daily.
• Log observations about purchased products daily.
• Perform rack maintenance daily.
• Update the hang list daily.
• Clear out old inventory from the top shelf weekly, repricing items at 50% off.
• Process damaged, missing, and missing tag items weekly.
• Post buy messages twice a week to address inventory needs.
• Post product highlights twice a week on social media.
• Assist customers at the front of the store as needed.
• Participate in markdowns five times a year.
• Monitor inventory reports.
• Assist with new product introductions.
• Support grassroots events.
