About The Position

The Inventory Control Specialist is an independent, flexible, motivated, and results-oriented role focused on maintaining item and financial accuracy across the store network. The position supports outstanding customer experiences and sales by keeping stockrooms and the sales floor organized, stocked, and tidy; completing inventory processes; ensuring merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed; and assisting with inventory control initiatives. The role requires accountability, accuracy, initiative, and ownership, as well as professionalism, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A flexible schedule based on business needs is required. The work involves continuous movement and frequent handling, lifting, and carrying of merchandise. The listed pay range is $22.40–$23.30 per hour. Pay offers depend on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses.
