About The Position

The Inventory Control Specialist is an independent, flexible, motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused role. It is data-driven and highly analytical, with a focus on maintaining item and financial accuracy across the store network. The role helps keep stockrooms and sales floors organized, replenished, and tidy; completes inventory processes; ensures merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed; and supports inventory control initiatives.

Requirements

Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, using professionalism, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Have solid math, verbal, and written communication skills.
Be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
Meet the physical requirements, including continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift; frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, reaching, and hand use; handling bulky items and reaching or lifting above the head; lifting items up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally; and frequently lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
