About The Position

The Inventory Control Specialist is an independent, flexible, motivated, results-oriented role focused on maintaining item and financial accuracy across the store network while supporting outstanding customer experiences and sales. The position involves keeping stockrooms and sales floors organized, tidy, and restocked; completing inventory processes; ensuring merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed; and assisting with inventory control initiatives.

Ability to meet the physical requirements, including continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift; frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching; frequent hand use for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling; handling bulky items and lifting them above the head; regularly lifting items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds; and frequently lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
