About The Position

The Inventory Control Specialist is an independent, flexible, motivated, results-oriented role focused on maintaining item and financial accuracy across the store network. The position supports outstanding customer experiences and sales by keeping stockrooms and sales floors organized, replenished, and tidy. It also involves completing inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed, and assisting with inventory control initiatives.

Requirements

• Demonstrated accountability, accuracy, initiative, and a high level of ownership.
• Professionalism, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid math, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Ability to meet the stated physical requirements, including frequent movement, handling merchandise, and lifting and carrying items.
