About The Position

The Inventory Control Specialist is an independent, flexible, motivated, and results-oriented role focused on maintaining item and financial accuracy across the store network while supporting outstanding customer experiences that drive sales. The position is data-driven and highly analytical. The specialist keeps stockrooms and the sales floor organized, replenished, and tidy; completes inventory processes; ensures merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed; and assists the team with inventory control initiatives. The role requires flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs and involves continuous movement and handling merchandise throughout shifts.

Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
Continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting items above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds; frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
