About The Position

WIS International is hiring part-time Retail Inventory Associates throughout the Greater Houston Metro Area, including Katy and Sugar Land, Texas. Associates help retail clients accurately count inventory using handheld scanners. No inventory experience or degree is required; paid training is provided. The role offers flexible scheduling and performance-based pay increases, with earnings increases based on productivity and accuracy. This is an active position that involves extended periods of standing and walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders when needed, and lifting and carrying items weighing up to 25 pounds. Associates may travel to retail locations, and paid travel opportunities and occasional overnight assignments are available.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to perform the physical activities described, including lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse work, customer service, cashiering, delivery driving, gaming, athletics, coaching, or general labor.
• Interest in becoming a paid driver or working at a pharmacy counter; certification is required for these opportunities.
