About The Position

WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Inventory Associate to help retailers accurately count inventory. No inventory experience or degree is required; paid training is provided. The role involves traveling to retail locations, using handheld scanners to count and record items, and working toward accuracy and productivity goals. Starting pay is $18.00–$20.00 per hour, with performance-based increases and additional earning opportunities. Scheduling is flexible, and paid travel and occasional overnight assignments may be involved.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, kneel, squat, reach, climb ladders when needed, and lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse work, customer service, cashiering, delivery driving, gaming, athletics, coaching, or general labor is valuable.
• Candidates with military experience, career changers, and people returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
