About The Position

A growing physician-owned cardiovascular practice in Northwest Indiana is seeking a BE/BC Interventional Cardiologist to join a collegial and highly productive team. This opportunity combines a strong procedural practice, robust referral network, and partnership-track potential in a market with continued growth. The practice offers an entrepreneurial environment with significant autonomy and influence in practice growth, rapid patient access, and strong referral relationships. They have an aggressive expansion strategy, including a new PET-CT program, additional satellite clinics, and planned ASC development, with continued provider growth.

Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease.
Eligible for Indiana and Illinois medical licensure.
Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Responsibilities

Join a private group consisting of 7 cardiologists and 3 APPs.
Engage in an established interventional program with strong community presence.
Manage a case mix of approximately 70% STEMI/Emergent and 30% Elective procedures.
Perform advanced interventional procedures including CTO interventions, Atherectomy, IVUS, and OCT.
Utilize a strong APP and clinical support structure.
Handle high procedural volumes supported by an expanding referral base.
Provide STEMI call coverage with additional compensation.
