About The Position

Elk Grove Subaru is seeking an experienced Internet Sales Representative to join their high-volume dealership. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, converting leads into showroom appointments, and managing customer communications through a CRM system. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and eager to achieve sales success in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• 1+ year automotive Internet Sales, BDC, or Digital Sales experience REQUIRED
• Experience with appointment setting and sales performance
• Experience with building relationships, responding to customer needs, and delivering quality service
• Demonstrate flexibility and efficiency in a high-volume sales environment
• Eager, proactive, and focused on achieving sales success
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and thoroughly to internet, phone, text, and email inquiries
• Convert leads into showroom appointments
• Build customer trust through proactive follow-up and personalized service
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize closing opportunities
• Manage customer communications through our CRM system
• Deliver a personalized customer experience from first contact through delivery
