About The Position

Elk Grove Subaru is seeking an experienced Internet Sales Representative to join their high-volume dealership. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, converting leads into showroom appointments, and building customer trust through proactive follow-up and personalized service. The representative will collaborate with the sales team to maximize closing opportunities and manage customer communications using the CRM system, ensuring a personalized customer experience from initial contact through delivery.

Requirements

• 1+ year automotive Internet Sales, BDC, or Digital Sales experience REQUIRED
• Experience with appointment setting and sales performance
• Experience with building relationships, responding to customer needs, and delivering quality service
• Demonstrate flexibility and efficiency in a high-volume sales environment
• Eager, proactive, and focused on achieving sales success
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
