About The Position
Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Helena is seeking an Internet Sales Representative to join their team. This role involves handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, recording interactions in a Lead Management System, and converting sales opportunities into confirmed appointments or sales. The representative will also be responsible for contacting assigned leads.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Ability to efficiently enter accurate information into computerized tracking system
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
