About The Position

Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Helena is seeking to hire an Internet Sales Representative. This role involves handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, managing leads in a CRM system, converting opportunities into appointments or sales, and proactively contacting assigned leads. The position offers a commission-based pay plan and a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service
• Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Ability to efficiently enter accurate information into computerized tracking system
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, chat/call requests and incoming email
• Record contacts in Lead Management System
• Convert sales opportunities to confirmed appointments or turn them to a Sales Consultant
• Make contact with assigned leads
