About The Position

Kendall Ford of Bozeman is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internet Sales Manager to lead their Internet Department and support the continued growth of their dealership. The ideal candidate will have strong automotive sales leadership experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to coach and develop a high-performing team. This role involves leading a high-performing internet sales team, understanding the digital customer, and turning opportunities into long-term relationships and results. Requirements

  • Previous automotive sales leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Experience managing CRM activity and internet lead processes
  • Proven ability to motivate teams and drive results
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and professionalism
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Willingness to work weekend and evening shifts
  • Capacity to operate a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans, including hybrid models
  • Good driving record and valid driver license

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Internet Sales team in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Work directly with internet sales staff to improve lead conversion, appointment set rates, and closing performance
  • Assist in structuring and closing deals while supporting daily sales operations
  • Actively participate in vehicle pricing and negotiations
  • Appraise incoming vehicles as needed
  • Conduct sales meetings, training, and ongoing team development
  • Ensure all internet leads and customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally
  • Maintain CRM processes, customer database accuracy, and follow-up accountability
  • Monitor department performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain compliance with dealership policies, processes, and industry regulations
