About The Position

The Internet Manager roles in our store are known as "Deal Zone Managers" and they are the driving force behind our success. We want an experienced Internet sales professional who can contribute to a great team environment at our Chevy GMC dealership where your primary responsibility is managing the flow of inbound opportunities (lead, phone, chat, text) and overseeing the sales team's involvement in lead handling. We expect our Deal Zone Management team to be adept at communicating through all mediums of communication, including managing/overseeing inbound Internet leads, sales calls, and corresponding follow-up with email, text, phone, and video. Moreover, being the point person that sales professionals can escalate their engaged prospects to in an effort to move the shopper farther down their path to appointment or purchase. Responsibilities

  • High Energy with customer-first empathy and execute your tasks with common sense individuals
  • Manage the sales team tasked with properly handling a high volume of leads/calls
  • Follow the "Deal Zone Process" to a tee, and be comfortable enough with supporting the high expectations of customer engagement.
  • Overseeing the management and handling of all inbound traffic within the "Deal Zone"
  • Determination to deliver an exceptional customer experience while following a multi-media-rich, progressive sales communication process
  • Ability to achieve success and sales goals with good closing percentages
  • Ensure all incoming internet email leads, calls, and text and managed thoroughly and within process
  • Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner if no salesperson is available
  • Monitor CRM to ensure no customers have unanswered replies
  • Listen to inbound sales calls and ensure all callers are assisted competently
  • Hold yourself and others to high moral and ethical standards and conduct yourself with honesty and integrity
  • Understand the intricacies of an entirely online car buying experience
  • Assist in the training of the sales team as it pertains to handling inbound leads, calls, and online customers
  • Competently utilize the CRM to manage your daily tasks and track that of the sales team. (Training provided).
  • Keep up with Training standards and OEM product standards
