Subaru Evergreen Park is seeking a high-performing Internet Sales Manager who is focused on one thing: driving sales from our digital pipeline and turning opportunities into delivered units. This is not a traditional BDC management role. We already have a BDC team in place. This position is responsible for leading the sales side of internet business, working closely with BDC and the showroom team to maximize appointment show rates, closing ratios, and overall performance. The ideal candidate is both a closer and a coach —someone who understands internet process, but thrives on holding a team accountable and moving the needle on actual sales. This role is critical to bridging the gap between lead generation and actual revenue. You won’t just manage activity—you’ll be responsible for results.
