About The Position

Subaru Evergreen Park is seeking a high-performing Internet Sales Manager who is focused on one thing: driving sales from our digital pipeline and turning opportunities into delivered units. This is not a traditional BDC management role. We already have a BDC team in place. This position is responsible for leading the sales side of internet business, working closely with BDC and the showroom team to maximize appointment show rates, closing ratios, and overall performance. The ideal candidate is both a closer and a coach —someone who understands internet process, but thrives on holding a team accountable and moving the needle on actual sales. This role is critical to bridging the gap between lead generation and actual revenue. You won’t just manage activity—you’ll be responsible for results.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in automotive sales performance (not just lead handling)
  • Strong understanding of BDC operations and internet lead processes
  • Ability to close deals and coach others to do the same
  • Experience desking deals and structuring transactions
  • Leadership presence with a hands-on approach
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to improve performance metrics
  • High level of accountability and urgency

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive all internet-generated sales performance
  • Work directly with the sales team to convert appointments into delivered units
  • Partner with BDC to ensure strong appointment setting, quality, and consistency
  • Desk and assist in closing internet deals when needed
  • Monitor and improve key metrics: Appointment show rate, Closing ratio, Lead-to-sale conversion
  • Train, coach, and hold sales consultants accountable on internet opportunity handling
  • Ensure seamless handoff from BDC to showroom for a consistent customer experience
  • Work deals from inquiry to delivery when necessary
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline and ensure proper tracking of all opportunities
  • Collaborate with management on pricing strategy, digital merchandising, and lead flow
  • Handle high-value or escalated internet customers
