About The Position

We are looking for a full-time BDC Representative for the sales department. The representative follows up with customers after vehicle inquiries, handles inbound phone calls, and schedules sales appointments. The role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining professionalism, and building positive rapport with customers. The representative works with the sales department to ensure customers’ needs are met and to reach sales and appointment goals.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic and motivated, with a desire to succeed.
• Outgoing and friendly personality, including when handling objections and negotiating pricing.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.
• Computer literacy.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate pricing and information are provided.

Nice To Haves

• Previous dealership customer service or sales experience.
• Bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers after vehicle inquiries.
• Handle inbound phone calls and answer incoming calls.
• Respond to customer online inquiries by email, phone, and text.
• Schedule sales appointments.
• Follow up on and reschedule no-show appointments.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their visit was satisfactory.
• Work with the sales department to ensure customers’ needs are being met.
• Reach sales and appointment goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism while building positive rapport with customers.
