Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Physician
About The Position
Duly Health and Care in Downers Grove is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician committed to empowering health and elevating care for patients while pursuing innovative solutions with their care team. The physician will work within a physician-led model that supports autonomy, individualized evidence-based care, collaboration, and participation in clinical and organizational decisions. The role offers access to a broad referral network, more than 1,200 partner providers across 50+ specialties, ambulatory services and facilities, Epic EHR, and nurse triage call support. The position includes flexible scheduling with 36 patient hours per week and potential shareholder-track eligibility.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, individualized, evidence-based patient care.
- Collaborate with care teams and provider partners to develop innovative healthcare solutions.
- Participate in physician governance and help shape patient care, clinical decisions, and organizational strategy.
