Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Physician
About The Position
Duly Health and Care in St. Charles is seeking an Internal or Family Medicine Physician committed to empowering health and elevating patient care while pursuing innovative solutions with the care team. The physician will work within a collaborative, physician-led network with access to more than 1,200 partner providers across 50+ specialties, six ambulatory surgery centers, and services including imaging, laboratory services, and physical and occupational therapy. The organization’s physician leadership model supports physician-directed medicine, individualized evidence-based care, physician governance, and the opportunity to buy into the practice through shareholder eligibility. The position offers flexible scheduling with 36 patient hours per week and a strong internal referral network. The anticipated base compensation range is $250,000–$300,000, depending on qualifications and experience. With potential productivity bonuses, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus, total target cash compensation may range from $275,000–$450,000. The role may also offer a shareholder track for equity eligibility.
