About The Position

Duly Health and Care in Lisle is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician committed to empowering health and elevating patient care while pursuing innovative solutions with their care team. The physician will practice within a physician-led, collaborative network with access to more than 1,200 partner providers across 50+ specialties, six ambulatory surgery centers, and ambulatory services including imaging, laboratory services, and physical and occupational therapy. The practice model emphasizes physician-directed medicine, individualized evidence-based care, and a setting designed to prioritize high-quality, affordable outcomes. Physicians and care teams help shape patient care, clinical decisions, and organizational strategy through physician governance and a dyadic leadership structure. The opportunity includes a strong internal referral network, flexible scheduling with 36 patient hours per week, and a shareholder track for equity eligibility.

Provide Family Medicine or Internal Medicine care to patients.
Work collaboratively with the care team and provider partners to elevate care and pursue innovative healthcare solutions.
Deliver individualized, evidence-based care.
Contribute to patient care, clinical decisions, and organizational strategy through physician governance.

Competitive base compensation of $250,000–$300,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
