About The Position

Pest USA is a family-owned and operated pest and termite control company established in 1971. The Internal Account Manager supports sales by making outbound calls, scheduling appointments for outside sales representatives, and promoting Pest USA products and services to prospective and existing clients. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships and participating in ongoing training. Evening and weekend work may be needed. Applicants are subject to drug testing and a criminal background check before employment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current driver's license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity in generating leads.
• Ability to capture the market from a sales perspective.
• Ability to work with the outside sales team to market and close leads.
• Ability to market to and work with new homeowners, real estate agents, and builders.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing exams.
