About The Position

The Intern, Ticket Sales will assist the Harrisburg Senators Ticket Sales team with game-day and sales operations. The role provides hands-on experience in ticket sales, client services, event management, and ticket operations, along with a behind-the-scenes look at a professional baseball team. The intern will support ticket transactions, group outings, fan experiences, and other game-day operations while contributing to a memorable fan experience.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sport Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with new people.
• Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Availability to work nights and weekends, including long hours on game days.
• Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ticket sales support, including box office transactions, ticket distribution, answering inbound calls, and outreach to local businesses.
• Assist with servicing group outings and hospitality spaces, ticket office needs, and other fan-facing game-day operations.
• Support fan experiences, including Team of Dreams, High Five Tunnel, pregame performances, and national anthem groups.
• Help manage the Season Ticket Exchange Program and Ballpark Pass inventory.
• Attend community events, stadium events, and team meetings as needed.
• Deliver strong customer service and support the Ticket Sales team with additional duties as assigned.
