About The Position

MedPro Group is hiring a year-round hybrid Risk Management intern to work remotely and on-site at its Fort Wayne, Indiana office. The ideal candidate would begin part-time in April 2027. The intern will learn about risk management systems and policy types, enter education completions and premium credits into the policy management system, respond to customer inquiries, and support Risk Consultants and operational team projects. During the school year, the position requires 15–20 hours per week; the summer schedule is 40 hours per week at the Fort Wayne headquarters.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of college in business or a related field, with at least one year remaining.
• Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Willingness and ability to quickly grasp new concepts and learn new tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Year-round availability: 15–20 hours per week during the school year and 40 hours per week in the summer at the Fort Wayne, Indiana headquarters.
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn about risk management systems and policy types.
• Enter risk management education completions and premium credits in the policy management system.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
• Provide operational support to Risk Consultants, including for live education programs and on-site risk assessments.
• Assist with quality assurance review of risk management education materials and resources.
• Assist with operational team projects, development of standard operating procedures, and ongoing quality improvement efforts.
• Assist with other duties and project work as assigned.
