About The Position
MSIG USA is seeking a motivated Risk Management Intern to join its Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team. The role provides hands-on experience with operational risk, business continuity, and analytical frameworks used in the insurance industry. The intern will gain exposure to how a large corporate entity identifies, measures, and manages risk, and will collaborate with risk owners and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Clear communication and strong collaboration abilities.
- Interest in risk management, insurance, or business operations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with guidance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate execution of the mid-year enterprise risk assessment, including data gathering, meeting support, and documentation.
- Work with risk owners to develop new Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and enhance ongoing risk monitoring.
- Lead the revision and update of a realistic disaster scenario, incorporating new insights and emerging risks.
- Support risk analysis, reporting, and cross-team collaboration across the organization.
Benefits
