About The Position

This is a year-round hybrid internship requiring both remote and on-site work at MedPro Group’s Fort Wayne, Indiana office. The ideal candidate would begin part-time in April 2027. The intern will learn about risk management systems and policy types while supporting the Risk Management team with customer requests, education records, operational work, quality assurance, and projects. The schedule is 15–20 hours per week during the school year and 40 hours per week in the summer at the Fort Wayne headquarters.

Requirements

• Have completed at least one year of college in business or a related field, with at least one year remaining.
• Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Willingness and ability to quickly grasp new concepts and learn new tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Year-round availability: 15–20 hours per week during the school year and 40 hours per week in the summer at the Fort Wayne, Indiana headquarters.
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn about risk management systems and policy types.
• Enter risk management education completions and premium credits in the policy management system.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
• Provide operational support to Risk Consultants, including support for live education programs and onsite risk assessments.
• Assist with quality assurance reviews of risk management education materials and resources.
• Assist with operational team projects, development of standard operating procedures, and ongoing quality improvement efforts.
• Assist with other duties and project work as assigned.
