About The Position

Inter Miami CF is seeking an Intern, Human Resources for its Number 10 Internship program. The intern will support a range of projects involving HR compliance, recruiting, onboarding, and administration, as well as managerial and special projects assigned by the Human Resources team. This is a paid, part-time internship for the 2027 Sprint Season cohort, scheduled to run from January 11, 2027, through June 4, 2027, for fewer than 20 hours per week.

Requirements

Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or recently graduated from a related program.
Ability to interact professionally and confidently with members at all levels of the organization.
Exceptional reliability, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Ability to work non-traditional hours in non-traditional settings within a team atmosphere.
Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment efforts for personnel, interns, Gameday staff, and temporary employees.
Support onboarding by generating offer letters, preparing new-hire packets, drafting internal communications, revising the organizational chart, and scheduling meetings.
Assist in organizing and conducting new-hire orientations, training and development sessions, and employee events.
Conduct personnel-file audits and assist with filing to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Assist with planning and preparation for employee appreciation events.
Respond promptly and professionally to staff and employment inquiries.
Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Perform organizational and special projects as assigned.
