About The Position

Inter Miami CF is seeking a Human Resources Intern for the 2027 Sprint Season cohort of its Number 10 Internship program. The intern will support projects involving HR compliance, recruiting, onboarding, administration, managerial initiatives, and other projects assigned by the Human Resources team. The paid internship runs from January 11, 2027, through June 4, 2027, and is part-time at fewer than 20 hours per week. The role may require non-traditional hours and work settings in a team environment.

Requirements

Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or recently graduated from a related program.
Ability to interact professionally and confidently with members at all levels of the organization.
Exceptional reliability, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Ability to work non-traditional hours and in non-traditional settings within a team atmosphere.
Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Nice To Haves

Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment for personnel, interns, Gameday staff, and temporary employees.
Support onboarding, including generating offer letters, preparing new-hire packets, drafting internal communications, revising the organizational chart, and scheduling meetings.
Assist in organizing and conducting new-hire orientations, training and development sessions, and employee events.
Conduct personnel-file audits and assist with filings to support compliance with federal and state regulations.
Assist with planning and preparing employee appreciation events.
Respond promptly and professionally to staff and employment inquiries.
Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Complete organizational and special projects as assigned.
