About The Position

Inter Miami CF is seeking an Intern, IT to support technological troubleshooting and customer service in a dynamic environment. This is a paid, part-time internship in the Number 10 Internship program for the 2027 Sprint Season cohort. The internship runs from January 11, 2027, through June 4, 2027, with a schedule of fewer than 20 hours per week. The intern will assist with technical support, equipment and software setup, IT inventory, team projects, and on-site support during events and game days.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or recently graduated from a related program.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong reliability and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact professionally and confidently with members at all levels of the organization.
• Pass a pre-employment background check.

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external technical support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.
• Document support requests and solutions in the ticketing system to support follow-up and resolution tracking.
• Support installation and setup of new computer equipment and software.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members on IT projects and initiatives to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
• Assist with event and game-day setup and preparation, and provide on-site IT support during these activities.
