About The Position

Inter Miami CF is hiring an Intern, Partnership Development for its Number 10 Internship program, a paid, part-time internship for the 2027 Sprint Season cohort. The intern will contribute to a range of Partnership Development projects and events, help develop and execute projects, and complete special projects assigned by the Partnership Development team. The internship offers hands-on experience, cross-functional collaboration, and immersion in the Club’s day-to-day work. The schedule is part-time, fewer than 20 hours per week. The internship starts January 11, 2027, and ends June 4, 2027. Applicants must pass a pre-employment background check.

Requirements

Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Sports Management or a related field, or recently graduated from a related program.
Ability to professionally and confidently interact with members at all levels of the organization.
Exceptional reliability, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Ability to work non-traditional hours in non-traditional settings within a team atmosphere.
Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Assist with prospecting and developing new business partnerships to accomplish team sales goals.
Assist the Manager with creating and organizing sales presentations.
Assist with matchday duties for all home games, as delegated.
Support the creation of reports and summaries of key findings from secondary and primary research.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on business initiatives.
Respond to staff and employment inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Perform organizational and special projects as assigned.
Assist Partnership Activation and Business Intelligence with special projects.
