About The Position

Inter Miami CF is seeking an Intern, Community to work closely with the Director of Community Engagement on projects that strengthen the club’s commitment and responsibility to improving the South Florida community. The intern will help develop, support, and execute community initiatives.

This is a paid, part-time internship in the Number 10 Internship program for the 2027 Sprint Season cohort. The schedule is fewer than 20 hours per week, from January 11, 2027, through June 4, 2027. The role includes in-person event support in Miami and, when necessary, Fort Lauderdale, as well as stadium and game-day initiatives. The intern must be able to work after hours and during holidays when necessary.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Public Affairs, or a related field, or recently graduated from a related program.
• Exceptional reliability, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, hands-on work environment.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours in non-traditional settings within a team atmosphere.
• Ability to work after hours and during holidays when necessary.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Understanding of nonprofit organizations.
• Passion for fútbol.

Responsibilities

• Support community department activations through ideation, planning, and execution.
• Help with in-person events, including setup and breakdown.
• Support department initiatives at the stadium and during game days.
• Work in Miami and, when necessary, Fort Lauderdale.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks for the Inter Miami CF Community department.
