About The Position

Inter Miami CF is hiring an Intern, Partnership Activation for the 2027 Sprint Season cohort of its paid, part-time Number 10 Internship program. The internship provides hands-on experience through meaningful projects, cross-functional collaboration, and immersion in the Club’s day-to-day work. The intern will support a range of Partnership Marketing projects and events, assist with developing and executing projects, and complete special projects assigned by the Partnership Marketing team. The schedule is fewer than 20 hours per week, with a stated start date of January 11, 2027, and end date of June 4, 2027. Applicants must pass a pre-employment background check.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Sport Management or a related field, or recently graduated from a related program.
• Ability to professionally and confidently interact with members at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional reliability, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours in non-traditional settings within a team atmosphere.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing assets, photos, and information.
• Assist with tracking in-stadium and broadcast exposure of partner assets.
• Assist with planning and executing partner activations and events.
• Manage merchandise inventory, storage, and distribution, including coordinating shipping and receiving for events and internal needs.
• Perform organizational tasks and special projects as assigned.
• Support matchday responsibilities and collaborate with ambassadors at all home matches, as delegated.
• Support the creation and editing of presentations and marketing materials for internal and external use.
• Respond to staff and employment inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality of sensitive information.
