Intern, Operations | Sprint Season
About The Position
Inter Miami CF is seeking an Intern, Operations to support the daily activities required to operate, maintain and service the stadium, training facility and events. This is a paid, part-time internship in the Number 10 Internship program for the 2027 Sprint Season cohort. The internship runs from January 11, 2027, through June 4, 2027, and is scheduled for fewer than 20 hours per week. The Number 10 Internship develops future leaders in sports and entertainment through hands-on experience, meaningful projects, cross-functional collaboration and immersion in the Club’s day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Sports Management or a related field, or recently graduated from a related program.
- Be a self-starter able to multitask, learn quickly, and work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours and in various settings.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Pass a pre-employment background check.
Nice To Haves
- Prior operations, events or hospitality experience.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Passion for fútbol.
Responsibilities
- Assist with stadium and training facility setup and breakdown.
- Assist with team operational requests or needs.
- Assist with facility upkeep.
- Work flexible and varied scheduled hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Participate in periodic facility walkthroughs.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
