About The Position

Inter Miami CF is hiring an Intern, Operations for the 2027 Sprint Season cohort of its paid, part-time Number 10 Internship program. The intern will support daily activities needed to operate, maintain, and service the stadium, training facility, and events. The position runs from January 11, 2027, through June 4, 2027, and requires fewer than 20 hours per week. Work may include flexible and varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Sports Management or a related field, or recently graduated from a related program.
• Able to multitask, learn quickly, and work independently and within a team.
• Able to work non-traditional hours and in various settings.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Nice To Haves

• Prior operations, events, or hospitality experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Passion for fútbol.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stadium and training facility setup and breakdown.
• Assist with team operational requests and needs.
• Assist with facility upkeep.
• Work flexible and varied hours as scheduled, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Participate in periodic facility walkthroughs.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
