The Human Resources Intern (AI & People Analytics Focus) will support the evolution of a data-driven, technology-enabled People & Culture function. This role is designed for individuals with a strong interest in the intersection of human resources, artificial intelligence, and analytics, and will contribute to initiatives that enhance how talent is attracted, assessed, developed, and retained. This position offers hands-on exposure to how AI is transforming HR, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee experience, and operational efficiency. The intern will partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Digital/IT teams to explore, test, and scale AI-driven solutions that improve decision-making and outcomes.
