About The Position

The Intern, Business Analyst, Account Services Specialist is responsible for assisting in the development and ongoing management of key Account Services technology platforms and initiatives. Additionally, this role requires strategic interaction with internal stakeholders, fund clients, vendors, team members, and management.

  • Working towards a bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.

  • Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the technology operations of the Account Services group.
  • Monitors, analyzes, and distributes Account Services metrics.
  • Participates in the extraction, assembly, analysis, and distribution of department metrics.
  • Ensures adherence to transfer agent compliance manual, SEC, FINRA, and IRS regulations.
  • Supports initiatives to promote the business unit and maintain a forward-looking presence.
  • Engages with clients as necessary for general information, issue resolution, inquiries, or reporting needs.
  • Maintains daily communication with team members and related departments for inquiry follow-ups and workflow management.
  • Collaborates in meetings with various audiences.
  • Daily contact with Transfer Agent executives and operating departments.
  • May perform other duties as required and assigned.
