Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, presentation software, and basic data analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple account-related projects with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to stay composed and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong internal working relationships.
  • Bilingual (French and English) – written and spoken.
  • Availability to work on-site, five days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling presentations and ensure customer data is consistently updated in the CRM system.
  • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, manage team calendars, and monitor Account Manager activities.
  • Provide full calendar management support for the Corporate Accounts Director.
  • Maintain and organize all client contracts within the internal database.
  • Assist the sales team in achieving business development targets through proactive support and coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep projects moving forward efficiently.
  • Document and track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely updates and clear guidelines are shared with clients and team members.
  • Communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.
