Interior Design Assistant
About The Position
RH Interior Design Assistants support key phases of design projects in collaboration with RH Interior Design. They help provide luxury design services for clients, from reimagining one room to an entire home, and contribute to building and maintaining client relationships. The role supports consultations, site visits, design development, presentations, and delivery; produces brand-appropriate presentations that communicate design concepts, space planning, and product selections; and provides product expertise and elevated client service. Design Assistants represent the RH lifestyle brand through polished communication, personal appearance, and professionalism, and help maintain the visual and quality standards of the Gallery.
Requirements

- Proficiency with Mac Operating System, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
Nice To Haves
- Education in art, architecture, or interior design.
- Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail.
- Hands-on interior installation experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other related space-planning or rendering programs.
- Strong artistic skills, including hand-rendering and sketching capabilities.
- Licensed to drive.
Responsibilities

- Qualify and educate potential design clients about services offered by RH Interior Design.
- Support all phases of the design process, including consultations, site visits, design development, presentations, and delivery.
- Produce brand-appropriate presentations communicating design concepts, space planning, and product selections.
- Provide product expertise and elevated client service.
- Represent the RH lifestyle brand through polished communication, personal appearance, and professionalism.
- Maintain a strong interest in the luxury and design industry.
- Support the visual and quality standards within the Gallery.
