About The Position

Interior Design Consultants provide luxury service to walk-in clients in the RH Gallery by assessing their needs and partnering with RH Interior Design to meet and exceed their design expectations. The role suits innovative, relationship-focused people with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships. Consultants represent the RH lifestyle brand and help advance its vision of conceptualizing and selling spaces as well as products.

Requirements

• Be people- and relationship-driven.
• Demonstrate strategic and mental agility.
• Be highly organized, collaborative, and results-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be proficient with Mac Operating System, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
• Be able to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Be able to maneuver around the Gallery floor, stock room, and office.
• Be able to perform prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.

Nice To Haves

• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail.
• Art, architecture, or interior design background and relevant experience.
• Licensed to drive.

• Qualify and educate potential clients about services offered by RH Interior Design.
• Manage all phases of the client experience, from initial contact through product delivery.
• Grow and maintain a strong client base.

• Represent the RH lifestyle brand through communication, personal appearance, and professionalism.
• Maintain a strong interest in the luxury and design industry.
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery.
