About The Position

Design Consultants play an integral role in providing luxury service to walk-in clientele in the RH Gallery. They assess clients’ needs and collaborate with RH Interior Design to meet those needs and exceed expectations. The role calls for innovative, entrepreneurial people with a passion for building and maintaining relationships. Consultants provide elevated service and product expertise, guide clients through the experience from initial contact through product delivery, and represent the RH lifestyle brand.

• Proficiency with the Mac Operating System, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Ability to maneuver effectively around the Gallery floor, stock room, and office.
• Ability to perform prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.

Nice To Haves

• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail.
• Art, Architecture, or Interior Design education and relevant experience.
• Licensed to drive.

• Qualify and educate potential clients on services offered by RH Interior Design.
• Own all phases of the client experience, from initial contact through product delivery.
• Grow and maintain a strong client base.

• Represent the RH lifestyle brand through communication, personal appearance, and professionalism.
• Maintain a strong interest in the luxury and design industry.
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery.
