Interior Design Consultant
About The Position
Design Consultants provide luxury service to walk-in clientele in the RH Gallery by assessing their needs and collaborating with RH Interior Design to meet and exceed client expectations. The role suits innovative, entrepreneurial people who are passionate about building and maintaining relationships. The position represents the RH lifestyle brand and provides product expertise and elevated service throughout the client experience, from initial contact through product delivery. Design Consultants also help grow and maintain a client base, achieve fiscal goals, and support Gallery visual and quality standards.
Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Mac Operating System, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
- Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Ability to maneuver effectively around the Gallery floor, stock room, and office.
- Ability to perform prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.
- Ability to travel locally or out of state.
Nice To Haves
- Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail.
- Art, Architecture, or Interior Design background and relevant experience.
- Licensed to drive.

- Qualify and educate potential clients about services offered by RH Interior Design.
- Own all phases of the client experience, from initial contact through product delivery.
- Grow and maintain a strong client base.
- Ensure fiscal goals are achieved.
- Represent the RH lifestyle brand through communication, personal appearance, and professionalism.
- Maintain a strong interest in the luxury and Design industry.
- Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery.
