About The Position

Design Consultants play an integral role in providing luxury service to walk-in clientele in the RH Gallery. They assess client needs and collaborate with RH Interior Design to meet those needs and exceed client expectations. The role suits innovative, relationship-oriented people with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building and maintaining a strong client base. Consultants provide product expertise and elevated service, guide clients through all phases of the experience from initial contact through product delivery, and help achieve fiscal goals while representing the RH lifestyle brand.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Mac Operating System, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Ability to maneuver effectively around the Gallery floor, stock room, and office.
• Ability to perform prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.

Nice To Haves

• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail.
• Art, Architecture, or Interior Design education and relevant experience.
• Licensed to drive.

• Qualify and educate potential clients on services offered by RH Interior Design.
• Own all phases of the client experience, from initial contact through product delivery.
• Grow and maintain a strong client base.

• Represent the RH lifestyle brand through communication, personal appearance, and professionalism.
• Maintain a strong interest in the luxury and design industry.
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery.
