About The Position

RH Interior Design provides luxury design services for reimagining one room or an entire home. Design Assistants support key phases of design projects in collaboration with RH Interior Design, helping deliver a luxury client experience and represent the RH lifestyle brand. The role calls for an entrepreneurial, relationship-focused person with a strong interest in luxury and design, polished professionalism, and the ability to support design work from consultation through delivery.

• Proficiency with Mac Operating System, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
• Ability to travel locally or out of state.

• Ability to maneuver effectively around the Gallery floor, stock room, and office.
• Ability to perform prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.

Nice To Haves

• Education in art, architecture, or interior design.
• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail.
• Hands-on interior installation experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other related space-planning or rendering programs.
• Strong artistic skills, including hand rendering and sketching capabilities.
• Licensed to drive.

Responsibilities

• Live RH’s vision, values, and beliefs every day.
• Provide clients with a luxury experience through RH Interior Design services.
• Qualify and educate potential design clients about the services offered by RH Interior Design.
• Support all phases of the design process, including consultations, site visits, design development, presentations, and delivery.
• Produce brand-appropriate presentations that communicate design concepts, space planning, and product selections.
• Provide product expertise and elevated client service.
• Represent the RH lifestyle brand through polished communication, personal appearance, and professionalism.
• Maintain a strong interest in the luxury and design industry.
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery.
