About The Position

Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a full-time Intensive In-Home Qualified Professional to provide services to children ages 3–20 and their families in community and home-based settings in the Goldsboro, North Carolina service area. The position uses the evidence-based Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy model and involves working with the child, family, and extended family. Services may also include interventions with schools and the juvenile justice system, and care coordination in the home. The role generally involves service hours from 3:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., alongside a stated Monday–Friday schedule of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Qualified Professional participates in a team crisis-response rotation for one week at a time, with 24/7/365 on-call responsibilities. The service area includes Lenoir, Greene, Wilson, Edgecombe, Nash, and Wayne counties.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
One year of post-degree experience with an at-risk youth population.
Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a good driving record.
Strong communication skills.
Willingness to provide care in community and home-based settings.
Willingness to participate in the crisis phone support rotation.

Responsibilities
