About The Position
Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking a Qualified Professional to join its Intensive In-Home team. The role provides therapeutic interventions to youth and families in home and community settings, serving clients in Onslow, Jones, and Carteret counties. The Intensive In-Home QP collaborates with families to implement person-centered plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and support positive outcomes. Pride in North Carolina, LLC is part of SUN Behavioral Health, a national behavioral healthcare company focused on addressing unmet needs in the communities it serves.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and two years of experience with a mental health population, including one year working with children or adolescents.
- A non-Human Services degree may qualify with four years of mental health experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor person-centered plans for youth and families.
- Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention.
- Assist families in accessing educational, vocational, and housing resources.
- Document services accurately in the information system.
- Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision.
