Provides case management support services and therapy services to families and youth determined to have a chronic Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) or an Intellectual Developmental Disability (IDD) which impedes adequate functioning in one or more of the following areas: school, work, community, family, interpersonal relationships. Provides therapy to parents and family members as necessary to improve child functioning. Also responsible to provide outpatient therapy services to Youth as assigned. Responsible to the Program Supervisor for delivery of direct and indirect service units consistent with qualitative and quantitative performance goals and standards established for the department.
