About The Position

FirstCall Group is hiring Integration Project Managers to lead the transition of newly acquired local businesses into FirstCall operating companies. The Integration Project Manager owns the first-year transition plan, working closely with acquired-company leadership, the Regional VP to whom the acquired business reports, and the Head of Integration, who owns the integration playbook. The role leads the full process from pre-close planning through project close at Month 12, balancing a repeatable operating approach with each partnership’s unique strengths and needs. The position is based in North Carolina and is flexible/home-based, with significant travel to acquired locations, estimated at 50–75% during active integrations. The position includes translating diligence findings into integration plans; coordinating early administrative and back-office integration; partnering with operations leadership on strategic goals and commercial handoffs; and leading cultural and operational transition planning. The Integration Project Manager tracks retention and other risks against baselines, supports value-creation opportunities, and closes each project by documenting lessons learned, planning for unresolved items, and transitioning ownership. The role reports to the Head of Integration.
