About The Position

FirstCall Group is hiring Integration Project Managers to lead the transition of acquired businesses into successful FirstCall operating companies. The Integration Project Manager owns the first-year transition plan, working closely with the acquired leadership team, the Regional VP to whom the business reports, and the Head of Integration, who owns the integration playbook. • Create the plan for days 100–365, including cultural integration, value-creation opportunities, and commercial activation.
  • Track retention of technicians, leaders, and customers against baselines and address risks early to protect deal value.
  • Formally close each integration project at Month 12, plan for unresolved items, document lessons learned, and transition ownership cleanly.
  • Brief senior leadership concisely, write decision-supporting documents, and hold owners accountable to commitments.
  • Travel to and spend substantial time on-site at acquired locations across the United States, especially during the first 100 days of each integration.
