M&A Integration Project Manager

Savant•Rockford, IL

About The Position

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of technology integrations for firms joining Savant through mergers and acquisitions. The role coordinates firm leaders, technology vendors, operations teams, and employees to deliver an organized and seamless transition. It focuses on project leadership, communication, relationship building, problem solving, and travel rather than deeply technical engineering work. The position manages multiple technology integration projects from discovery through system cutover, including project plans, timelines, milestones, and implementation strategies. It builds stakeholder relationships, facilitates discovery meetings, explains technical concepts to varied audiences, and helps leaders and employees navigate change. The role also supports onsite transitions by coordinating equipment deployment, software implementation, vendor transitions, and employee training, and by providing hands-on leadership during critical transition periods. The role is flexible, with periodic in-person work in Rockford; daily office attendance is not expected. Candidates should be able to travel to Rockford for business needs, and frequent travel to newly joined firm locations across the country is an important part of the position. Travel may occasionally be required on short notice. Technology cutovers can involve evening and weekend work, with onsite schedules sometimes running Thursday through Monday or Tuesday. The expected base salary range is $100,000–$145,000, with possible additional incentive compensation.
